Information on online dispute resolution

In the first quarter of 2016, the EU Commission will provide an internet platform for the online resolution of disputes (so-called “ODR platform”).
The ODR platform is intended to serve as a point of contact for the out-of-court settlement of disputes concerning contractual obligations arising from online sales contracts.
