Shipping costs for end consumers

 

Current shipping costs for consumers are displayed in the shopping cart.
Orders over 30 euros (within Germany) are shipped free of charge.

Delivery time: 3-4 days.
You will receive a tracking code for your package, allowing you to track your order's progress.

Shipping damage
Please check the shipping carton for any external damage.
If it is damaged, please check the contents and, if necessary, refuse to accept the package.
 

Shipping Costs for Retailers

Current shipping costs for retailers are based on weight and volume and are displayed in the shopping cart.
Shipping is free for orders over €350.00 net (for Retailers within Germany).
Minimum Order Value The minimum order value is €50.00.
Shipping costs are charged only once for partial deliveries.

Delivery time is 3-4 days.
 

Payment Options

you have the following payment options:
- Bank transfer (prepayment)
- PayPal
- Google Pay
As a merchant, you also have the option of purchasing on account.
 

Payment method PayPal:

Just a few steps to payment:
1. Select "PayPal" as your payment method at checkout.
2. You will be redirected to the PayPal website to complete your payment.
3. If you are already a PayPal customer, you can log in with your PayPal credentials and make the payment. If you don't yet have a PayPal account,
you can create one and then confirm the payment.
For the payment methods direct debit via PayPal, credit card via PayPal, and purchase on account via PayPal, setting up a PayPal account is not necessary.
